Carnaval del Pueblo, supported by the London Mayor's Office and the London Borough of Southwark, is the largest Latin American out-door event in the U.K.
Carnaval del Pueblo has been traditionally covered in huge promotions on TV, radio, national and local newspapers and magazines, databases and offers commercial benefits.
This is the event of the year for all Latinos and lovers of their culture. Londoners of all communities come together and share this intense cultural experience. Bonds are explored and discovered, reinforcing this community’s integrated part in the capital’s common cultural heritage.
Well-known musicians and artists from Latin America including Salsa world champions from Puerto Rico, will take part in the 2006 celebration.
Community groups in full regalia will be showcasing and sharing music, arts and dance representation of the rich cultural heritage from 19 Latin American countries.
